Sale deed executed by gpa holder

Dear sir ,
this is relating to a propert in Ghaziabad U.P Mr A ia allotte from GDA then he seels the land to Mr B , Mr b gets its freehold and through will transfer the property to his son Mr c .In 2009 Mr C sell it to Mr D through a registered GPA now can Mr d sell the land to mr E and execute the sale deed .
