sir,
i am working as teacher in government school, in the year of 2000 one person has taken 20000/- loan from the cooperative bank , i was given surety and he has not repaid , in 2003 cooperative mediation court Bangalore passed an exparte order to pay 29000/- , there after on 24/10/2011 assistant registrar of cooperative society and recoery officer (R44)KSDC UBF Ltd , K H Road , bangalaore , passed the exparte order t pay 66000/- and also passed the garnishi order to deduct 5000/- from my salary ,
my questions are :-
1. in 2003 mediation court passed the order and in the year 2011 garnishi order passed is this valid order ?
2. and neither by mediation court nor by the assistant commissioner and recovery office issued the notice to me , without notice my salary is attached ,alredy 20000/- deducted from my salary ,
its become great shame to me in my school, can i obtain stay order against my attachment of salary ?

Since U have not contested, there is very little U can do now. U may approach the Appeal Court for a stay. If U were not served with a notice, U stand a chance.
