by force written contract of two uneducated women. Both women filed suit in civil court & ask remedy for invalid & force able & fraud agreement cancellation & opposite party also collected the some cheques. this agreement doing in police station in P.I.office. police Inspector collusion with opposite party. Plz.give me other high court/s.c. judgement on this ground & give ur opinion on this case.
