I'm having divorce case with my wife. and DV act and sec 498-A Now she is try to make her passport and leave the country.

How can her stop her to make her passport.

Law of the land does not allow you to stop issuance of passport. If she want to leave the country then it would be beneficial for you as in her absence her cases would take a beating.
