For learning license-
Age proof
Address proof
Medical certificate

After completion of one year after issuing learner license, you can apply for driving license with a formal driving test.

IF YOU KNOW DRIVING YOU DIRECTLY APPLY IN THE REGIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICE AS LLR, AFTER GETTING THE LLR PASSED 1 MONTH YOU APPLY FOR TEST THEN YOU DRIVE BEFORE THE VEHICLE MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTOR THEN YOU GET THE LICENCE.
