Cheque Bounce case & Recent ammendments on NIA

Last week The Hindu published about some directions and suggestions given by Supreme Court regarding cheque bounce cases.If any one among the expert panel help me to get the details?Since I am an victim of this act and being suffering lot of tension & Humiliation , kindly help me by sugesting some light on this issue
