as per u p apartment act whether the promotor is liable for payment of monthly charges for unsold flats
if yes what action we should take if he does not pay the monthly charges
with regards

Promotor is liable to pay the monthly charges for unsold flats otherwise owners association can file a consumer case against him.

Please clarify that whether owners association is formed?
