Repudiation of claim

Sir,
As i recieved a answer for my query which was not a satisfied answer so i am once again sending my query.
Query:-
My motorcycle was theft same was insured with insurance co. and when i lodge my claim with ins. co same was repudiated by the ins. co on the ground that the ins. co. was delay intimated (two month) by me. while i reported to the police on the same day of theft of he motorcycle. after than i lodged a claim petition at consumer court which is listed for final arguments where i need some jugdements in my favour.
