Rent Agreement (help)

(Querist) 24 April 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I want to give land to one mobile company (for tower) on rent for 4 years on 5000/- per month.
what will be the stamp duty.??

is it compulsory registrable??

Land is in M.P.Chhattisgarh

stamp duty differs from state to state. yes any rent or lease agreement for more than 11 months required registration.

The tenant has to pay the stamp duty and it will be calculated rent of the whole year.
