Pending criminal case and appointment of government job

I have a Pending IPC 306 case. My sister Filled FIR against me and my mother. Now i selected in Junior Engineer Civil job in West Bengal. I fully disclosed my case in Form. The case is filled in 2021 after my Father Committed Sucide. Is Depertment allow me to join ?? Case have no merit, Case is Fully My Favour.

Chargesheet is just line by line copy paste of FIR.
Allegation is - My mother Denied to offer food to my father & I physically assault my Father. Both allegations ar base less and False. Now my sister want to widraw the case. She realises that she made a mistake in 4 year ago.
Case will be ended within 3 to 4 case date. But within this time is Depertment allow me to join?
Job role - Civil engineering. Not related to Law& Order or Judicial related.

Department has no jurisdiction to examine the merits of charge which is pending.

If you have disclosed the pending criminal case in your application for the employment (which you are supposed to have done), then it depends on the department concerned to decide about your employment.
They don't have any obligation to wait for the disposal of the criminal case against you.
In case your case is disposed in your favour before the actual date of joining you may approach the authorities with a request letter to consider your employment on the basis of your acquittal.

Your assertion qua "Chargesheet is just line by line copy paste of FIR" is unbelievable, recheck.
You will have to wait for getting an appointment letter till finalisation of the case.

Sir,
I have carefully gone through both the FIR and the chargesheet in my case. I noticed that the chargesheet is almost a verbatim copy of the FIR. The FIR was written in Bengali, while the chargesheet is in English. The only difference is that the grammar and narration have been slightly changed.

Apart from this, the Investigating Officer has just added a few standard lines such as:
1. “Case was endorsed for investigation”
2. “Visited place of occurrence and prepared sketch map” - ( Practically Not true, police never visited the place of occurrence (PO) )
3. “Examined witnesses under Section 161 CrPC” - ( witnesses named in the chargesheet were never contacted by police )
4 “Arrested the accused persons” - ( True )

You can try qaushing of charge by High Court.

Either contest the case, if you can prove it in your favour
or accept your guilt to close the case.
However, it is better to consult and engage another local prudent lawyer with relevant case file for proper appreciation of facts and circumstances, professional advise and necessary proceeding, if you have lost faith in your lawyer.
