stay at in-laws

hello
During a divorce proceding, can a wife go to in-laws residence and stay legally? What legal actions they can take? Or is there any section, using which wife can ask the permission to the court to stay at in-laws home? wife is not interested in divorce but husband has filed it.

There is no way for it.

The only option for the wife is to file RCR.

If the house belongs to her husband then she is legally entitled to reside therein and this right can also be enforced by her under the provisions of DV Act but if his husband is not owner of that residential house then she can do nothing.
