Our neighbors kids plays and create nuisance in front of my home. My mother is 100% handicap and a bed ridden patient constantly under medication. Even after repeated request for not to play near my house which is lobby and not a play ground. The lady and her daughter always fight and create nuisance and insult us and abuse that they will play and will not go from there. We have taken this matter to other members but then too they don't listen to them. What remedies do I have ? My mother is senior citizen 100% handicap and due to work I am at office only my father takes care of her. Is there any section so that I can file complaint at police station ?

OK ask help of Police . Complain as nuisance. Also complain in writing to your Co-op Society/ issue Legal Notice to their parents. get video/ Photos of such nuisance . get Dr. certificate she need peaceful rest. If problem continue, go to court.

The best remedy is to shift your house at some solitary place, preferably in the natural environments of the agricultural field, where no child will disturb you or your family.
The 2nd best remedy will be to consult some good psychologist (I won't say psychiatrist) for appropriate counselling. No legal remedy can be suggested for people like you.
Don't forget, when you were a child, you would also have used to play in the lobbies & court yards of your neighbours and also in the streets before attaining some senses to attain majority. If you want children not to play, do you want them also to become handicapped like your mother?
By the way, when you have stated your mother to be 100% handicapped, what type of handicaps she is suffering from and up to what extent?

Mr.Jigyasu my mother lost both her legs in a railway accident so the Govt Doctor certificate mentions it as 100% handicap. As a kid yes I played but not in front of anybodies home. Every month Dr visit at home. I asked for help not for any sarcastic advise. Please advise like a professional.
