Dear Sir Actually i have authority for the same issue of the State commission but i want it that of National Commission.

This matter is linked with the Builder of the Residential Properties. & services were provided by one of the recidential/ flat holder at his or her own will on behalf of the Builder without creating an association of the whole building.
