Transferring lavad suit from board of nominees to lok adalats

Sir,

Due to lengthy time being taken by board of Nominees, if applicant and defendant agree to transfer the matter to Lok adalat, will it be possible ? If so, what is the formalities to be undergone.

Kindly guide me.

A joint application for a reference to Lok adalat by both the parties shall enable the matter to be decided by lok adalat.
