After issuing notice for dishonour cheque, how many days time to file the case ?

have to wait for 15 days from the date of receiving the notice by the accused, thereafter you can file complaint within thirty days.

I wil correct it to thereafter you can file complaint within ONE MONTH.

IT CAN BE 28 DAYS TO 31 DAYS DEPENDING ON INTERVENING MONTH... .
