Dear Sir, Is DTCP approved layout is safe to buy? Can legal heirs make claims on these properties later in case the property developer has not looked properly or the seller of the original property has not given correct information. What will happen if such litigation arise at later stage? Who has to fight in court?
When we buy these sites, what we must look for from legal aspects?

DTCP means Directorate of Town and Country Planning. It is a government authority. Even if you have purchased a plot in DTCP approved Layout, even though they have thoroughly examined all the legal documents and approved the lay out, there may be or may not be a chance to create any civil litigation by any legal heir/s of the original land owners. Hence, you once again confirms the legality of the approved DTCP layout with all necessary legal documents.
