Dear sir
i have filed a petition for bonafide requirement of tenanted premises which is a shop.presently i am unemployed.In leave to defend respondent has mentioned about a plot as commercial/industrial plot situated in mundka.
This plot is owned by me ,it is an industrial plot but presently it is lying vacant.
will it have adverse effect on the case.

What you have pleaded in the eviction petition as requirement?. If you have said that you want to open a shop then not disclosing commercial plot as alternate accommodation will not be fatal to your case. You are to disclose the accommodation which is suitable for the purpose.
