Taking over an educational society

Dear Sir,
We (B "itself an educational society") want to take over an educational society (A) including it's property (Land & Building), functional College campus and applied courses.
Please guide us that does we have to make the registered deed of the property and the building or the A society just makes a gift deed in the name of B society . please guide.
