Right over child

Guest (Querist) 05 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Wife living with her prents and don't allow child even to meet with Grand parents and other family members. Husband goes to live with her to her parents home whenever he comes on leave from Job for 3-4 days.

How he can get this right without braking marriage?

He is already equipped with this right. But Problem is here of dominance.
