Is it possible to sell liquor online if the sale was restricted to a state/city? If yes, would it also allow you to sell it after midnight (Liquor License for Shops/Stores/Restaurants doesn't oermit it)? Which law comes under the purview of sale of alcohol at Airports in India?

1. Sale of liquor is subject to State Laws, which means restrictions on Timings of Delivery, Age of buyer and Stocking limitations.
2. On-Line sales will not allow to know the true age of the liquor buyer, which as of today is set at 21 in Maharahstra, for hard liquor.
You can sell liquor by online, in same way Madhuloka is the leading chain of liquor boutiques in Bangalore selling the liquor online.
Sale of intoxicating liquors is a state subject, and In India, manufacture, sale and/or consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the states of Gujarat, Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland as well as the union territory of Lakshadweep. All other Indian states permit alcohol consumption.
There is no specfic law related to sale of liquors at Airport, you can check with DGCA Rullings.
