Difference in pay scale

I m working in a legal cell of a electricity company. My com. is a subsidery com. of GUVNL (MAIN COM.) another 4 com. r also subsi. com. of guvnl. Now question is, my pay scale is lower then same post of other subsi. Com. Wht i do?

first you make representation to the concerned department and i they failes and then approach Admiistrative Tribunal if it is falls under the Government body or Labour Court and better to consult to an expert of your local
