Agriculral land

I have H.U.F. And there are three member in HUF. My self, My wife and My son. I am karta of HUF . Now I wants purchase Agriculral land in H.U.F. Karta of HUF is agriculralist and my wife is not agriculralist so I can buy Agriculral land in Gujara as HUF .

Not necessary that all the members of HUF must be agriculturist.If your son is also earning, and if his income come to the family,it is HUF property and if the agricultural land is purchased out of HUF funds,it becomes HUF property
