Sir,
Some one is applying online for PAN card for different people and depositing requisite fee from his bank account.

1. Whether it is illegal ? if yes under which law ?

2. If he charges fee for the same it is illegal ?

3. If if he does not charge then what ?

4. Whether lawyer practicing in taxation may do so. ?

5. If he is not a lawyer then ?

There is no illegality of the person in doing so, if it is illegal then state under what law?
