What is the major differences between maintenance claimed under DV Act And 125 CRPC?

nothing DV act can speedy process. and DV only can sue wife only, 125 can suit all ,

As per rule 6(5)of DV Act Rules 2006, the procedure of DV Act as per 125 CRPC. If wife desert her husband without any sufficient reasons then wife entitled or not for maintenance? Please give your opinion.
