Cancellation of bail power of magistarate

AT the time of discharge petition Magistrate can cancel the bail and direct the investigation officer to reinvistegate the matter . The main case is yet to not frame charges only recived chargesheet.

Yes a magistrate who has given bail always has the power to cancel the same as well. At the stage consideration of charge as well the court has the power to order re-investigation.
