How many floors construction allowed by mcd in 1989

i would like to know how many floors were allowed to be constructed by the MCD in delhi till the year 1989.

kindly also advise where can i get the official circulars in this regard

dear sir,

it is a 550 sq yard plot in gk II.

my brother, the defendant claims that he made a full floor of three rooms in 1987-88 on it.

the sanction for a barsati was given only on 23 feb 1988 and that nails his lie.

but still i want to know the circular provisions etc from which i can quote

i have not received any reply to my query regarding the mcd rules goveerning the number of floors allowed to be construccted in the year 1989 at greater kailash part Ii new delhi on a 550 sq yard plot.

i learn that it was two and a half floors but would like to know the exact rules provisions where this is statedvinay kala
