hello good after noon sir,i want to know that i filed caveat application in gujrat high court so i want to know that what is the procedure after that how much time court give me for reply.this possible that if i m not get any notice from court then court can give x-party order........pls reply me........thank you

The court will indicate the time within which u have to appear and file ur objections to the interim relief applied for by the Appellant.
