Hi,
This is to bring to your kind attention that we have been handling one slum rehabilitation project in Haryana State. For the detailed study and reference we need Supreme court in India Guidelines for slum rehabilitation.
The JNNURM guidelines on slum rehabilitation guidelines would also do.
As the project of slum rehabilitation has been executed by partial funding from JNNURM so we have request MOU from the concerned authority.
The State government has relocated 3000+ families in lieu of development work of roads and highways by flaunting their fundamental and democratic rights by virtue of being born as the Citizen of India.
As we are civil rights activist so we need the reference of Supreme Court guidelines as well that would help us in our day to day civil rights worl Help me with any website/book where I can get the updated supreme court guideline like FIR guideline, rape cases guidelines, SC astocities guidelines etc.
Your invaluable suggestion would be worth millions dollars for the under development sect of society.
