Ink difference in document

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 20 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
In a printed bill/cashmemo items are written
in one ink eg.black ink but the shopkeeper
signature is in different ink eg.blue ink.
Does it make any difference? it is permissable by law or not?

Regards
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 20 October 2011
it is permissible.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 20 October 2011
It doesn't make any difference and generally signatures by shopkeeper are made at last whereas bill is prepared by his staff.
ajay sethi (Expert) 20 October 2011
what differnce it makes? some individuals are v finicky and want to always sign a document in particular colour ink .
prabhakar singh (Expert) 21 October 2011
Not a material thing to be worried about. Now a days every one owns his own pen,it is not that time when only scribes have pen and executes use to sign from that very pen.
Arun Kumar Bhagat (Expert) 21 October 2011
Authencity of signature is important in legal sense not the ink.
