What is the exact law of the LTA? How to claim? Who can claim? How many times? What are the expenses? Please give a complete knowledge of the same.

Leave Travel Allowance in a private sector employment is allowed to employees as per service conditions and there is no set law of LTA. It generally differs from organisation to organisation. In Govt. service however uniform service conditions apply to different set of Govt. servants.

See there are different interpretations available on the internet of the LTA. Most of the companies and their higher officials do not know about the LTA.

LTA rules are usually made by the Compnay as an internal arragmenet on the leave policy. But it is usually in tune with section 10 of the income tax act.
