Joint property share

Dear Experts,
My father died in 2008, before his death he has ancestral property,In 2006 my father gave the property to my brother by registration deed in subregistar office.Not giving anything for me. I am only one daughter for my father. married in 1997,Please let me know i have any property rights in this property.(I am from mysore, Karnataka)

If you are quite sure that it was ancestral property (I do not know what is the basis on which you say that it is ancestral property), then you will definitely have equal share in the property as your brother.

Dear sir,
My father got this property from my great grand father,One more is my brother sold some property in 2007. If i am question this matter in the court property will come back or not.

How did your father get the property from your great grand father? Was it through "GIFT" or "WILL"? What about your grand father? Did he not get any property from his father (i.e. your great grand father).
You are not coming out with complete and clear facts. Without complete facts whatever answer that we may give here would not be appropriate and accurate.

Dear sir,
My family is joint family, my graeat grand father have three son and two daughter, my great grand father died in 1974, before my great grand father death my great grand mother also died in 1970. After my great grand father death my father is the elder son for our great grand father, all property are transwer his name directly, not a will or gift. After this my father share the property with his two brother.But not give any thing in property for my father sisters.When my father and his two brother share the property after that what is my father got in share he register the property to my brother.This is full deatail of this quiry.(My great grand father got this property from his father)
