False charges

My brother is working in Canada for many many years.Iam in India. We both have a share in our father's property. As of now title has not devolved upon us. But whenever he comes on a holiday, he bull dozes all protocols of govt. agencies and wants to construct over and above his present share. Since I object and complain, he is not able to do so.But he files false complaints against me with other govt agencies like police,tax departments etc. What action and under which section of the code of civil procedure can i take action against him. Can I claim for damages as well. Furthermore I want to prevent him for filing anymore false complaints against me next time he comes to India.
I will appreciate legal advice from experts on this website.

Please clear something.. While being civil nature how you brother lodging false complaints against you? If you want peaceful possession on your share mean just file a partition suit and get your share, then you can enjoy your possession. No one will not disturb your peaceful possession.

Better both of you divide your father's property to avoid all types of complications in future.
