What is Stamp duty rate in Haryana.
when sale of property.
when Gift of property.

8% on collector rate in urban areas in case of male and 6% in case of females for sale of property. 1/2 of it is in case of gift property.

In rural areas, rates are 6% and 4% respectively in case of sale-deed and its 1/2 in case of gift-deed.
