Hi,
We brought 1.20 acre of land two month ago. We found there was a mistake of the seller name we made the Correction deed last month for the same. So we did the correction deed once already. Last week we identified we made a mistake in boundaries. We placed boundary of north in south, south in north also east in west and west in east. As we have already done the correction deed once, is it possible to do it second time? if so please advise me the G.O or Act details. Even i spoke to Joint sub register, even he is not sure.
Please let me know at the earliest.
Thanks in advance...!
Thanks
Nirmal

There is no limit to a number of rectification deeds that can be executed. It does not call for any G.O. At least this time you should patiently go through the entire document and see that there are no more mistakes and no more corrections required than the boundry what you have located now. Otherwise it will be like going on putting puncture to a ruptured cycle tube.

Thanks Alot Mr. Ramchandran, We will make sure this time our mistake should not re-occur again. If we do more number of rectification deed. Will there any problem in future if we need to move to court with those document. As we planning to get injunction order for this land.
