respected sir,
last 2 year i join a institute and i clear exam but my certificate is not receved yet the owner of the franchies is ignor me so i take a legal action on him so i want to know if i take act consumer court so what we do plz step by step tell me all the process and documentary knowledge

if it is a private institute you can file a complaint before consumer forum on an simple paper in triplicate with requisite fees deposited.
