Sir,

Plz. provide me judgment details relating to Sec.138 of N.I. act that was given by Tamada. Gopala Krishna of A.P. High Court with Sub:
Filing of complaint w/o proper authorization i.e.complainant not file the Memorandum of Association and articles of association.

As per the judgement shows that the complaint is not maintainable.
