agreement to sell

(Querist) 26 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
A entered into an agreement with B to purchase land from B @ rs. 5,00,000/-.
Then A entered into another agreement with C to sell the same land @ rs. 6,00,000/-, promising that he will either get the sale deed executed in favour of C directly from B or he will firstly get the sale deed executed in his favour and then he will execute the sale deed in favour of C.
But C directly gets the sale deed executed in his favour from B, ignoring his agreement with A.
What are the remedies of A against B and C ?

There is breach of agreement conditions and contract on the part of both B & C. You can sue both the parties, B for specific performance of contract or damages, and C for compensation, as you may have sustained any loss in transaction.
