salary attachment

Sir,
I came to know that salary comes under fundamental right. is there any scope to avoid attachement or reduce the attachment amount for my family lively hood since there is no other income and my entire family depend on that salary only.

The salary does come under attachment but not more than one third of whole salary.

right to live is also fundamental right. so the salary is not free from attachment. The rules for attachment of salary under civil and criminal laws differ.
