A borrowed money or done cheating from others. A is not having any property in her name and she is house wife. Her husband is a retired employee. A's husband is having a house. A died before 3 and half years. After one year A's husband sold the property to B. A's husband is not aware of the cheating. After 2 years attachment to the sale property is made. The suit is made before the sale of property. The notice is pasted on the house of B after 2 years of purchase.A's husband is not aware of the attachment suit. What can be done

Who wanted remedy, is not clear from the query. Better consult a local advocate who is handling property matters, and the aggrieved person get impleaded in the pending suit.
