Government Employee property rights

Dear Experts,
My quiery from karnataka, I am a government employee, my father have above ten acre of my grand father land, can i file suit for partion as a government employee.Any problem for my job. we are three sister and one brother, my father dead before 5 year.Please suggest me.

You being in the government job would not prevent you from claiming your rights in the court of law. By approaching court of law, no problem will be created for your government job.
