DOES HOSPITAL INDUSTRY COME UNDER THE PURVIEW OF ESIC IN MAHARASHTRA STATE????

ESIC has its own network of Hospitals and dispensaries set up for employees, who come within the purview of ESI Scheme. So, the entire Hospital Industry does not come under the purview of the ESIC.

Actually what I need is whether employees of a 100 bedded hospital "Must" be covered or we can get exemption.
