MY GRAND FATHER PURCHASE LAND IN 1978 WITH HIS BROTHER. MY GRAND FATHER HAS THREE SONS AND ONE DAUGHTER. AND MY GRAND FATHER'S BROTHER HAVE NO ONE AS HE NOT MARRIED. MY GRAND FATHER'S BROTHER PASSED AWAY IN 2003 AND MY GRAND FATHER PASSED AWAY IN 2007. MY AUNT GIVEN IN WRITING THAT SHE DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM PRPOERTY. MY ONE UNCLE SOLD HIS PART OF LAND WHEN MY GRAND FATHER WAS ALIVE. MY ANOTHER UNCLE IS MISSING FROM JUNE 2006. NOW WE WANT TO ADD OUR NAMES TO LAND 7/12 REPORT. PLEASE ADVISE ME IN THIS REGARD

all member take legal heirs certificate from the tasildar or from the court, thereafter file a petition and missing your uncle and get the order then go enclose your name in the record at register office.

What about heirs (other than the widow of your uncle who has died?

Also what about the heirs of your missing uncle? For missing uncle, till 7 years of his being missing you cannot treat him as died.
