sir
our society is going for redevelopment, builder has not given us alternate flat agreement, only society managing commitee member has signed the agreement and has given to builder the power of attorney so if we some members want to file a suit where should we approach how much should be minimum opposing members, can a individual file a suit

you can file a suit in civil court and in individual capacity too

who is laible to pay registration & stamp duty fees, the bulder or the member owner of the flat & how much will it be ,if we are getting 160 sq.ft carpet area extra ,original area is 350 sq.ft carpet flat is in andheri west
