Respected sir,

I want to know what is the clause of recital and habendum in sale deed?

Recital in the sale deed is that portion where it describes the seller and buyer and also the description as to how the owner claims title to the property in question and the intention / desire to sell of the same and the interest shown by the buyer to purchase the same etc. etc.
In other words, it is the preamble to the sale deed.
The habendum is the portion in the sale deed which contains the detailed covenants / terms and conditions and also the complete description of the property which is being conveyed and the consideration etc. etc.
