What is the filing procedure for declaration of legal heirer before the district Munsiff court ?

What type of documents required ?

which provisions are applicaple ?

Any property or title deeds are require or not ?

Any Judgement relating to declaration of legalheir ?

Please file a petition for succession certificate

better file suit for partition as there is no unity between the LH provided there was no will of the deceased.

death certificate would also be needed besides title documents of the deceased
