OT Calculation

Dear Sir,
Could you please explain at what rate OT should be paid ( Basic + DA ) *2 or ( Basic + DA). I have seen most of the companies do pay OT at single rate only.

OT IS TO BE PAID AT SINGLE RATE AS PER C.S.R AND VARIOUS RULINGS OF COURTS.

Normally O.T. is paid at double rates on national holidays.
