The seller is not refunding my money for undelivered product, even after repeated requests. The seller is an online shopping portal shipping to all areas in India. I want to file a complaint in the consumer court. Can I file the complaint in the CDRF in my area even though the seller belongs to a different state. Is there any jurisdiction problem? Please advise

U have not stated as to what type of product was to have been delivered. First satisfy yourself that U come within the definition of consumer before moving CDRF. If U R satisfied that U do, go ahead & file the case in the local CDRF.

In the seller website, it shows that all disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
I bought the item on their shopping website, paid using internet banking and it was supposed to be door delivery. It is not a physical shop. The process of shopping was done, sitting at my home.
The seller doesn't have any office in my state.
