Is there any possibility to appeal in Lower court of AP for getting early date in an OP case.
Since the next date they have given was somewhere in third week of July?

There are no relationships between the two parties. Why we need to keep it pending. It would be better to say Yes or No.
Every time court gives 2-3 months gap between the dates.

Another question how many months this can postponed , any concrete answer please

ask your advocate, whether how much of your query he could diplomatically put for expeditious disposal
