Hello,
I am preparing to file a criminal complaint under CrPC 156(3) at Dindoshi Court. My question is:
After completing online e-filing, how do I submit the physical file in court?
Can I simply arrange the documents in a flat file with a transparent cover (as we commonly use at home), or does the court require a specific type of file (green board file, cloth cover, thread binding)?
Is there any standard format, color code, or specific folder type prescribed by the court for CrPC 156(3) matters?
If there is a special file or folder required, where can I purchase it, or how should I prepare it?
Can someone with practical experience please guide me on the exact procedure followed in Dindoshi Court or other Mumbai courts?
Thanks in advance!

These are all procedural aspects being followed by different courts across the country.
If you want to file a petition in the court you desire, you may take the help of a local advocate to guide you about the filing procedures accordingly instead of you doing it on your own without knowing the procedure.

Yes, each court/State has its own procedure. To my knowledge, once the petition has been refiled, physical copy could be filed with the registry.
