my querry is whether a society registered under societies registration act in Tamil Nadu, doing charitable activities and manufacturing farm products and agricultural produces covered under ESI?

If you have employed workers, ESI applies whether for charitable purpose or for manufacturing purpose. ESI is a welfare scheme in the interest of employees' health and accident.
